I had the chance to work with many friends, some had exceptionally brilliant minds, yet I never considered them partners. It wasn’t until Norshek and i partnered with childhood friends Khaled and Sara in this venture that we actually learned to balance work and life relationships. I guess in doing so we became more than partners, especially when we realized we were building an authentic family business, and might I add, became very talented in whatever skills we decided to pursue because we built a company culture that is aligned with what we are actually selling (health and wellness), inviting to personal development, and gives room for exploration and passions. Im learning from many friends in my life, to date, even when they don’t realize it. I chose and still choose my partners. Its not a one time deal, its an ever renewed vow.
