Directions for maintenance/deep conditioner (during shower):
- Step 1: Shampoo your hair, then rinse
- Step 2: Apply hair nutritioner
- Step 3: Wait three to five minutes
- Step 4: Rinse
Directions for treatment/hair mask (after shower):
- Step 1: Shampoo your hair, then rinse
- Step 2: Apply hair nutritioner
- Step 3: Wait 20 to 30 minutes maximum
- Step 4: Rinse and towel dry
